Let’s Get Started!

This is a critical step in understanding where you are in regards to your current beliefs and results.

Rate the questions below as honestly and carefully as possible.

  • Rate each question on a scale of 1-5.
  • 1 indicates “strongly disagree”
  • 5 indicates “strongly agree”
  • Use your gut instinct and don’t second-guess your answers.

    Beliefs Audit

    Answer honestly. The beliefs running your life are often the ones you have never examined.

    Rate each statement: 1 = Not at all true  |  2 = Rarely true  |  3 = Sometimes true  |  4 = Usually true  |  5 = Completely true

    1. I am aware of specific beliefs I hold that are actively limiting what I allow myself to have or become.

    2. Most of the beliefs I operate by were consciously chosen by me — not installed by someone else.

    3. I can identify at least one belief about myself that I know is not true but still act on regularly.

    4. I believe the second half of my life can be more meaningful than the first — and I act like it.

    5. I do not believe my best years are behind me.

    6. I believe I am worth investing in — financially, physically, and personally.

    7. I believe asking for help or outside support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

    8. When something is not working in my life, I look at my own beliefs first before blaming circumstances.

    9. I believe I am capable of significant change at this stage of my life.

    10. I do not secretly believe that staying where I am is safer than trying to rebuild.

    11. I believe I deserve the life I say I want — not just in theory, but in how I actually live.

    12. I am aware of beliefs about money, success, or status that may be driving decisions I have not examined.

    13. I believe my identity is not fixed — that I can become a meaningfully different man than I am today.

    14. When I fail or fall short, I do not use it as evidence that I am fundamentally not enough.

    15. I believe that being honest about where I actually am is the starting point for getting somewhere better.

    Score of 60 or above: Your beliefs are largely working for you.

    Below 60: There are beliefs running your life that you have not yet examined. We will find them and change them.
